Write in French or in English. A reply goes out within one working day; if your message needs digging into, the first reply says so and gives you a timeframe rather than leaving you waiting in silence.
What is faster without writing
The product is built so that nothing useful has to go through us. These four are immediate from inside the application:
- Creating, rotating or revoking an API key: from the settings, with nothing to ask for.
- Changing plan, buying volume, downloading an invoice.
- Configuring SAML or OIDC single sign-on yourself, with no quote and no call.
- Downloading the signed DPA, and reading the sub-processor register.
If any of those forces you to write to us, that is a defect on our side. Tell us: it is exactly the kind of message that changes the product.
