This is the one design choice that really matters: raising your capacity must never commit you to a higher monthly tier.

Capacity
Valid twelve months, they stack, and you never lose one by changing plan. This is what replaces renegotiating a subscription at every spike.
| Pack | Price | Per 1,000 messages | Saving vs pay-as-you-go |
|---|---|---|---|
| 25 000 messages | 15 € | 0,60 € | −33 % |
| 100 000 messages | 50 € | 0,50 € | −44 % |
| 500 000 messages | 200 € | 0,40 € | −56 % |
| 2 000 000 messages | 700 € | 0,35 € | −61 % |
| Pay-as-you-gono commitment | on usage | 0,90 € | baseline |
Set a maximum beyond which we stop billing and start refusing messages. Nobody should discover a bill.
A pack is available the moment payment clears. No ticket, no salesperson, no waiting for next month.
Optional: buy the same pack again automatically when less than 20 % of credits remain, so a CI run is never interrupted.
Transparency
A price comparison nobody can verify is worth nothing. Here are our sources.
Our comparison reasons at equal consumed volume. But most of our competitors price on a daily limit: you pay for the capacity you provision, not the one you use. Since a test suite has no steady throughput, you have to size for the peak so you are not blocked on a Tuesday morning.
Concretely: consuming 150,000 messages a month with peaks means a limit of around 7,000 a day, billed at $247.38 — close to €228 — not the €186 that equal-volume interpolation gives. We chose to display the most conservative figure, the one that flatters us least.
Between those reference points we interpolate linearly: it is an estimate, not a competitor quote. Other vendors change their prices without telling us — if you spot a discrepancy, write to us at hello@facteur.eu and we will correct this page.
Questions
Nothing breaks. If you have credits, they are used. Otherwise pay-as-you-go takes over at 0,90 € per 1,000 messages, within the spending cap you set. You can also choose, inbox by inbox, to block rather than bill.
After twelve months. They stack, and changing plan — either way — costs you none of them.
Yes, and it takes effect immediately, pro rata. Since capacity is bought separately, you do not need to move up a plan to absorb a spike in the first place.
Yes for included messages and packs, which spares you arbitrating between two pools. Dedicated numbers and the per-SMS cost are billed separately, at 0,02 € per SMS received and 4 € per number per month.
Yes — SAML 2.0 and OIDC, with one identity provider per organisation, from €39 a month. Most of our competitors reserve this for an Enterprise plan on quotation. Automatic account provisioning and deprovisioning (SCIM) stays on the Business plan: that is where the need genuinely becomes a large-organisation one.
No, all displayed prices exclude tax. Applicable VAT is calculated automatically from your country and your EU VAT number.
SEPA direct debit is available on every paid plan. Purchase orders and annual billing are offered from the Business plan.
The free plan asks for no card. If you are migrating from Mailosaur, the compatibility layer saves you from rewriting your tests.
